'Informed Choices'

In late November, our annual Churcher’s College Careers Convention, branded ‘Informed Choices’ for 2018, was another great success.

Hundreds of pupils and parents attended, taking the opportunity to speak to many representatives from a wide range of roles and sectors, from Higher Education, Architecture, Surveying and Law to Investment Banking, Veterinary Medicine, Medicine, Nursing, Osteopathy, Engineering, the Uniformed Services and Media.

The lecture area was packed for each speaker as talks were delivered about gap year opportunities, Apprenticeships, Careers in Chemistry and achieving a career in Law. The Sports Hall equally hummed with discussion all evening and the café area was popular to replenish and read the programme and various literature acquired, before another foray into the exhibition.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended, whether an Exhibitor, Speaker or Delegate, for making such a wonderful evening a reality and inspiring our pupils about their next steps.
