On Monday 25 June Second Year pupils enjoyed a morning of delicious delicacies as part of their biology lesson!

The pupils have been learning about how yeast yeast works and for home work had made a variety of different baked goods using yeast.

From wholemeal bread to fougasse, cinnamon swirls and doughnuts, it certainly was a delicious tasting session and a great way to learn.
