Pupil Donates Hair to Charity

A 1st Year pupil, Kristen, has donated 12 inches of her hair to the cancer charity, the Little Princess Trust.

Kristen said, "I decided to cut off my hair to help those suffering from cancer. I chose to do this because my aunt passed away from pancreatic cancer. When I was five and living in South Africa, my friend was diagnosed with cancer—she survived! But she did lose all her hair for a while during treatment. So, I decided to donate my hair to the Little Princess Trust so they can use it to create a wig for someone who may need it."
