Churcher's Quintet plays for Kingscourt Pupils

Last week, a Fourth Year woodwind quintet attended a Kingscourt Junior School morning assembly to perform for them.

The group, which hopes to inspire younger children to take up woodwind instruments, played a wide variety of music pieces ranging from the ‘Flintstones’ and a Harry Potter medley to the theme from the ‘Muppet’ Show and was very well received by all the pupils in the school.

The quintet pupils formed the group four years ago when they were in the First Year at Churcher's and have been playing together ever since. We look forward to watching their next performance together very soon.
