‘Coffee, Croissants and Careers’ - Politics and Government

Our breakfast networking morning gave pupils the opportunity to learn about careers in Politics and Government.

It was another very well-attended event with some great conversations and connections made. With networkers representing a vast range of roles and companies ranging from a Regional Director of De La Rue, Head of Corporate Finance at Transport for London, two Chief Executives of local Councils and a Senior Parliamentary Assistant for an MP, to networkers representing lobbying and housing, the sheer breadth of this sector was clear.

All our networking guests also shared advice for their ‘sixteen year old self’ in their introduction; this aspect of the morning is always incredibly insightful and reassuring to those pupils attending as real-life insight is so valuable.

Our next 'Coffee, Croissants and Careers' event is on Friday 6th December and will concentrate on Information Management, Computing, Gaming, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Data Management.
