Mary Queen of Scots

A number of our Upper Sixth historians came along to the Guildford Odeon to see a screening of the new Mary Queen of Scots film. Whilst some of it was a little historically inaccurate (we had a good debrief in lessons!), it was very helpful for their A Level Tudor studies to see the religious and political instability that dominated both the lives of Mary Stuart and Elizabeth I.

A great excuse to go to the cinema!
