Summer Festival of Performing Arts

EarlyYears and Infants treated their parents to a wonderful afternoon of singing, dancing and poetry.

Year 2 worked as a great team to dance the maypole, twisting and untwisting the colourful ribbons.  Year 1, working in groups and pairs, shared their country dancing. Reception told the story of The Rainbow Fish and Nursery used coloured ribbons to dance to Into the Unknown from Frozen 2. 

Alongside this, the children performed some songs and poems on a summer theme.  All the children looked fantastic in their coloured t shirts and brought plenty of sunshine and smiles to all of the school.
