Old Churcherian Jack Campbell has made his debut as captain for England Cricket Under-19s.

Jack (18), who has also played for Liphook and Ripsley, was selected for the youth One-Day International between England under-19s and South Africa under-19s at Gosforth and received his England cap from former England head coach Andy Flower.

As well as playing for Durham’s second team, Jack hopes he will be selected for the England under-19s winter tours this year.

He added: “I’ll be going to a training camp in Loughborough, and, hopefully, I get selected for the tours.”
