There was a great turnout by Churcher's College pupils and staff for this year's Butser Hill Challenge.

Founded in 1978 as one of the first major - and toughest - mass runs, this event pre-dated the first London Marathon and started taking place well before both the Great North Run and Great South Run.  It has raised in excess of £220,000 for good causes over the years.

This year’s chosen local cause was ” Fitzroy”, a charity supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to live the life they choose.
