Visiting The Tower of London and Museum of London Docklands

It's not every day you get to take part in the Norman invasion or be captured as an Elizabethan prisoner, but for the Second Years this was the day!  

At the Tower, some groups were treated to a Norman workshop where a knight organised pupils to re-enact the Battle of Hastings, whilst other groups enjoyed an interactive Elizabethan workshop and a tour around the ramparts.

Pupils then headed to the Museum of London Docklands to take in the slavery galleries and Transatlantic trade. Overall, a great educational experience and, fortunately, no one got left at Traitors gate...
