Christmas Dance Showcase

The Christmas Dance Showcase was performed last term in the Donald Brooks Auditorium. It showed off a range of styles, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary and Jazz.

The students performed in their weekly groups, Junior, Intermediate, Advance and Tap groups as well as in Solos, Duets and small groups. The dance learnt at the Ballet Masterclass was also performed as well as solos en pointe by our advanced dancers. Many dancers choreographed their own pieces to perform as solos or duets too which is a great achievement. Both the opening number of “The Greatest Show” and the Christmas Dance at the end of the showcase were performed by all dancers coming together to make the Dance Squad feel like a team.

Fun was had by all and the costumes were fantastic.
