Petersfield War Memorial

It is more usual to see Churcher’s College CCF parading in Petersfield High Street in the freezing cold in November for the Remembrance Parade but, due to the War memorial Rededication Service being held recently, they paraded in the blazing sunshine while the memorial was rededicated after being recently refurbished. Over 30 cadets from Churcher’s CCF, including 12 from The Petersfield School, congregated in the warmth of the summer evening to be part of this special service which was appreciated by a large crowd of onlookers.
