Bus Routes
The school runs daily buses between Churcher’s College Senior School and outlying areas, with the Junior School beginning bus routes from September 2025. There is also a link bus between the Junior and Senior Schools.These are private bus services for the use of Churcher’s College pupils only.
We understand logistics can be challenging, and to help families navigate the journey to and from school, we will be running school buses for Junior School pupils across Surrey and Hampshire.
These routes will run from *Ropley / Four Marks, Farnham, Godalming, the Meon Valley and Hambledon, with various stops along the way. All routes will run both to and from school at each end of the day. The Senior/Junior Link Bus will also continue to run between each school.

Churcher’s College currently runs eight bus services from Bentley, Chichester via Midhurst, Hambledon, Churt, Farnham, Four Marks/Alton, Meon Valley, and Winchester/Ropley. Charges relate to the number of weeks in a term and so change depending on how many weeks a term encompasses. Please note that pick up/drop off points may be altered slightly to accommodate pupils along the route.
A school bus runs daily between the Senior School in Petersfield and the Junior School in Liphook. Parents are welcome to book particular days required (applied termly) and on a return or one-way basis. Please contact the Junior School for further details. Please see the schedule below:

Other Travel Options
Junior School & Nursery
- By Public Bus - There are several buses which travel into Liphook - please see the Bus times website for details.
- By Train - Liphook Station is on the Portsmouth Direct Line with one train per hour to both London Waterloo and Portsmouth with extra services at peak times. Trains from London take around an hour, and it's about 45 minutes from Portsmouth & Southsea. For details of train timetables, please visit The Trainline website
- By Car - Churcher’s College Junior School & Nursery is located on Midhurst Road, convenient to Liphook Town Centre. It is close to the A3 and is easily accessible from Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire. There is ample parking available on-site.
Senior School & Sixth Form
- By Public Bus - Stagecoach operates a number of public services which pass through Petersfield. Please view their timetables in order to see if there is a service that operates in your area.
- By Train - Petersfield Station is approximately a 12-minute walk from the school. Train times are available via National Rail Enquiries.
- By Car - Churcher’s College Senior School & Sixth Form is located on Ramshill in Petersfield, which can be accessed quickly from both the A3 and the A272 from Chichester. The school is approximately a quarter of a mile from Petersfield Town Centre. Limited parking is available on-site and pupils are advised to use alternative modes of transport where possible, during busy drop-off and pick-up periods.
