School Fees
2024-2025 Academic Year
There is a non-refundable registration fee of £100 (plus VAT from 1 January 2025) per child. Places are offered based on the results of an assessment or entrance examination or GCSE results, as applicable. Upon acceptance of a place, parents are required to pay £1,000 (plus VAT from 1 January 2025) deposit and digitally sign our Terms of Admission and submit via DocuSign.
Tuition Fees Per Term
The fees shown are for payment by termly or monthly Direct Debit, which attracts a 3.5% discount for Spring Term 2024/25 onwards. The fees are also inclusive of examination fees and text books. The College normally gives one term’s notice of fee increases but reserves the right to increase fees at shorter notice in exceptional circumstances.

Nursery Fees & Sessions
The Nursery is open during term time, welcoming children in the term after their third birthday. For further information, including sessions available, please see our Early Years Booklet

Early Years Funding (EYF)
Parents can use up to 15 free hours EYF during the afternoon sessions (12.30 – 3.30pm) in term time only, if your child attends a fully paid for morning and lunch. If the full 15 hours are not used at Churcher’s College during the term, then parents can use the additional EYF hours at other establishments. EYF is available for Nursery children from the term after the pupil turns 3 years old and for Reception children up to and including the term in which they turn 5 years old, subject to completing a termly Parent Declaration Form.

- Early Birds takes place Monday - Friday before school between 7.30am - 8.30am.
- Tea Club takes place between 3.30pm - 5.30pm for Nursery children, and 4.30 - 5.30pm for Reception to Year 6 children (after clubs).
