Holiday Clubs General Information
Minimum Numbers
Most of the courses are subject to a minimum number of children attending. In the event that this number isn’t reached, the course may have to be cancelled. We will endeavour to give 10 days notice of a cancellation.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Churcher’s College will issue a refund for course cancellations based on the following: -
- 15 or more working days before the child is due to attend: 100% refund
- 8 – 14 working days before the child is due to attend: 50% refund
- 0 – 7 working days before the child is due to attend: 0% refund
Packed Lunches, Snacks & Drinks
For full day activities, children will need to bring a packed lunch. All children will need a drinks bottle which can be refilled. Please can we ask that you do not include any foods containing nuts in the packed lunch or snacks.
Clothing
Please ensure children are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.
