English Speaking Union Public Speaking Competition

Not one, but two Churcher’s teams made it through to the next round of the English Speaking Union Public Speaking Competition!

In a tense Zoom heat, Jessie and Freya captivated the audience with their speeches, while Will and Zhara showed everyone who was boss in their roles as Chairs. Our pair of interrogators, Ruby and Thomas, put others through their paces as the Questioners.

Facing competition from Davison High School and Seaford College, Churcher’s will now compete at The Bishop’s Palace, Chichester in January, along with one team from Seaford who also progressed to the next round.
